In part 1 of this interview, we were getting to know Sahvanna and learning more about her.  This post, part 2 of 3, will discuss some of the concepts that are mentioned in her second and latest book, The Lightworker’s Source. We’ll also learn a bit about the work that she does on this planet.

Who are “Lightworkers” and what purpose do they serve on this planet?

“We all carry within us the Light of God. Lightworkers are those who align with that Light to heal through love. They are artists, peace activists, musicians, doctors, scientists, or maybe the ordinary person you pass on the street. Aligning with the Light does not always present itself in a grandiose way, no good deed is too small, insignificant, or unimportant to expand the Light of the world and allow someone to work in a Lightworker capacity.”

You discuss in your book the importance of trusting the “higher self.”  Can you share with readers some practical tips for identifying, tuning in to, and aligning with the higher self?

“Your higher self is your best friend; the little voice inside you that guides you and always watches out for you. It is not the human identity you have come to know of yourself. Your higher self is your true essence. It’s the part of you that knows all the knowledge you have harvested and every incarnation you have ever experienced throughout eternity. It is far more evolved beyond ego or fear, and it knows only love and no separation from its source creator. If you are raising your awareness, you will learn to recognize the sound of your higher self’s voice (which is distinctly different from your “mortal” voice) and allow that voice to be your compass and direction through life. Your higher self will never point you in the wrong direction.”

Can you explain the flow of unconditional love and how mental and emotional attachments can affect this flow?

“Unconditional love does not involve any material attachments or fear of loss. Unconditional love comes from a place that is beyond the material world. When we engage in relationships we bring the fear of abandonment, loss or betrayal of our own mortality, which are based on “human” emotions. The spirit knows no fear and doesn’t bring this baggage into its connections with others. If we could all learn to leave the mortal attachments at the door, our relationships would only bring us feelings of security, nurturing and completeness, because within spiritual (or unconditional love), there is no fear of loss only expansion of our light energy.”

What does it mean for someone to “raise their vibration” and how can one begin to do this?

“We are all comprised of an energetic field; this is our true essence, the essence that leaves the physical body when we transition into the spirit world. The higher our intentions, the more love and gratitude we experience the lighter or higher our vibration becomes (or energetic field). It is really a conscious life change, keeping our inner dialogue loving and supportive, always seeing the good in even the most trying situations and just trying to do the best you can in a world which is quite challenging. There are also practices I discuss in the book (The Lightworker’s Source) to assist you, like meditation, mindful exercise, and diet changes. Body, mind and spirit all work together to raise your vibration.”

What role does creativity play in the life of an empathy or Lightworker? What suggestions do you have for those who want to bring more creativity into their life?

“Empaths come from a unique place where the experience of sight and sound are intensified. It is a place where all the beauty of the universe comes from. Don’t you just feel transported to another place when you view the art of the masters or listen to the music of Beethoven?  It is literally “otherworldly.” These great artists are Empaths. They are also great healers who can heal through art, music, and other creative outlets since they have such a propensity to see the beauty in everything. This makes Empaths very sensitive to what they see and hear and also reactive to what is happening outside their own margins more so than what is happening within them. When an empath is feeling the effects of what is happening around them, it is best to go back to their origin of beauty and release these energies through creativity.”

The Lightworker’s Source: An Enlightening Guide to Awaken the Power Within is available now.  I highly recommend it!

  • Understanding Your Life Purpose Your life purpose is not to be an aauocntcnt, a writer, a coach, or an airline pilot.a0 No. Those are mediums with which you can express your life purpose. Your life purpose is more about who you are at your core and what you are here to learn and give than it is about what you do for a living.

  • Allons droit au but.
